Marvellous location, easy to get around with a tube station close to the hotel. And only 20 minutes walking to downtown. Satisfactory breakfast with a huge variety of choice.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the major transport hub in Lyon. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Carpet looked worn and dirty. I had hoped there was a nearby shuttle to the airport, and some staff thought so, but it had ben discontinued.

The hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offered. the area surrounding the hotel could feel a bit intimidating, especially at night.

The room was too hot, the air conditioning system didn't really cool it down. Wifi was free only in the lobby, quite expensive to buy to the room.

Poor shower facility, room was not as neat as it was described with rather old decors. The rate for a hotel with such poor conditions is simply outrageous.

I recently stayed at De Normandie and I had a great experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to main streets and close proximity to bus and tram stations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a really good hotel.
